Useless staff, *********** branch, coffee tastes like dishwater

<p>Where to begin...</p> <p> </p> <p>6:30 on a Tuesday.. Enter starbucks..</p> <p> </p> <p>No Batch Brew Filter coffee. "Sorry sir, we dont brew coffee because we have a staff shortage.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then the manager comes out and says its because there is no filters.</p> <p> </p> <p>What the actual F$%%$#</p> <p> </p> <p>How does a company whos only job is to make coffee, not have a standard cup of coffee.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I take a tall Americano - That tasted like Yesterdays watered down tea.</p> <p> </p> <p>Next up - Payment - I have my own mug, but they charge me the wrong amount.</p> <p> </p> <p>So, this is what we get for a so called premium brand that charges more for a normal coffee than other shops charge for a cappuccino.</p> <p> </p> <p>How do expect me to be return visitor?</p> <p> </p> <p>If you were in my shoes, would you be happy???</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the reward we get for supporting you at least 3 - 4 times per week.</p> <p> </p> <p>My freind was with me and he is a gold card member.</p> <p> </p> <p>Drinking a cup of instant coffee now - better than your cup of warm ****.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
