Thank You Starbucks Fourways Mall Store Manager - You Are A Great Person

I often visit the branch in Fourways to work. Over the past few months I have noticed my rewards have not been updating and there was nobody on the website to reach out to to resolve this. When I checked the app would say it was up-to-date. It is pretty frustrating especially since the main reason for the app if to get stars for purchases and in turn, rewards. This afternoon I casually mentioned it to the Barista who was helping me with my order. Turns out he is also the current store manager - I am sitting in the branch as I type this - he has managed to sort my concern out and have my rewards stars updated in less than 2 hours - something I have been struggling with and to find a person to assist for months. Please promote this man, he is one of the good ones. Someone who genuinely cares about the customer AND the human.
