Terrible service received from Spha at Fourways Mall

Good day,

Yesterday afternoon myself and partner went to Starbucks at Fourways mall around 5pm. I order two drinks then went to the toilet and left my partner to collect them. While I was in the toilet a man named as Spha tried to flirt with my partner. My partner warned him and told Spha that, what he was saying is unprofessional and must stop. He didnt stop and continued offending my partner. My partner then advised Spha 'when my partner comes back, you must repeat what you said with his presence' Spha responded by intimidating my partner and said to his colleagues 'Where did I place my gun ?' My partner responded 'You think I wont tell my partner because you have a gun ?' I came back from the toilet and my partner told me what happened. I confronted Spha and told him that he offended my partner and what he said was unprofessional. He didnt apologize !!!. Instead his colleagues apologized on his behalf!! The service I got was very terrible and I will never buy there again because of what Spha did and said. Do starbucks employees bring firearms to work and then threaten customers ?????!! How many other female customers have experienced this bad service from this guy named Spha ?? Are male employees trained to offend and threaten female customers ???!
