Terrible customer service

I have supported Starbucks since they arrived in Bloemfontein despite their high prices but I will not be doing it again. They are utterly disappointing when it comes to their customer service. I ordered a drink on 21 Nov 2024 and it was very poorly made. I contacted them that same day and still haven't received any useful information nor help almost 2 weeks later.

It's unacceptable! We have to pay for overpriced drinks only to receive terrible service. I'll be spending my money elsewhere from now on.
