It is shocking how the service at Starbucks Menlyn Maine has gotten so poor. 2nd time in a week that I show up at Starbuck Menlyn Maine to enjoy a reserve bar coffee on the c***** machine. Last week I was waiting at the reserve bar section for 10min before one of their staff members asked me if he can help me, why else would I stand there?!?!? then I he argued with me that I must stand at the general ques to order from the reserve bar!!!! ***!!!!! then today the same happened, the only difference is that I walk out of the shop. How can you run a coffee shop with only 2 people to assist.... especially when both staff members are only attending the general que and no one at the reserve bar again.... the entire process flow of Starbucks in South Africa is wrong. I will never go to any Starbucks shop in SA or internationally. I will make sure all my social media followers see this report also.
