STARBUCKS POOR SERVICES

We visited Starbucks for the 1st time on Sunday 18.03.18 at Gateway Mall Umhlanga, What a DISAPPOINTMENT it was. The staff was not friendly at all. The hot chocolate tasted like the Cadbury Hot chocolate that you buy at SPAR, the Frappachino's was aweful, only tasted Cream and little bits and pieces of ice........ Seriously guys you need to wake up with your services, People actually goes out for breakfast and expects to be WOWED because this STARBUCKS is imported from America so it should be AWESOME, but in actual fact STARBUCKS in South Africa is NOT AWESOME, they are a disappointment. Starbucks won't see us again!!
