Starbucks is CANCELLED

I just got sold a rotten cake at your castle gate location, so disappointed about that please can you ensure this never happens again, how is cake left to rot to the point where it has mold and it's hard as cardboard. I'm really disappointed and its one of my favourite flavours ever but ruined by this experience. I got my refund and didn't want to get anything else because obviously I don't trust the brand anymore.
