Starbucks gateway

First time at Starbucks gateway. Not really a coffee guy. HOWEVER, always enjoyed mugg n bean and chateaux Gateaux. I went here to **** some time on my birthday ordered vanilla Frappuccino and triple chOc cookie. To my shock cheap milk with ice was literally used to make my drink which tasted very bad. Tasted like sugar and milk with vanilla essence. The cookie was very stale and it wasn't even the cookie I ordered. The tables were very dirty I had pick up someone else's mess before I sat down. Really shocked as I expected way better from a premium brand like Starbucks.
