Starbucks Ballito

The worst experience ever! The food was dry, the food took 1 hour to come out and my mum had to be the waiter to us as there was no service. When asked the manager what she has to say about the service... All she could say was sorry and what do we want for free.... Disappointed as to how an international brand can have such disrespectful customer service. Will definitely not go back there my first and last experience at Starbucks Ballito.....
