Staff not receiving tips which patrons leave

This review is not about the coffee or service I receive at Starbucks checkers Flamingo mall as both are exceptional. I found out today that the tip I have been giving the staff on the credit card machine have not been paid to them for the past 2 months. These people rely on these tips and its disgusting that a company as large as Starbucks allow this to happen
