So impressed with Starbucks Rosebank

Today something happened to me for the first time...The barista behind the counter didn't allow someone to push in front of the queue! I don't think I have ever witnessed this before at any shop/restaurant. Jack from Starbucks in Rosebank - thank you for showing common decency and courtesy. I work in client services and it takes a lot to impress me but you were polite and diplomatic to the lady who tried to cut the line and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you!
