Sandton City

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received today at your Sandton City branch. I ordered a mocha frappé and a chocolate chip cookie, but I was handed a white mocha and a cino sticky bun instead. The total for my order amounted to R115.

When I requested a correction, I was given a cookie and the cino bun was taken back; however, the mocha was still incorrect. The individual assisting me, Thulani, appeared quite distracted throughout the process.

Furthermore, I noted that the cino bun is priced at R40 and the cookie at R29, yet I did not receive the difference in change nor an apology for the inconvenience.

I have since written to them about this matter but have had no luck
