Rude.

I had the most incredible night at the Mall of Africa! Until I went to Starbucks. The most absolute rude security at their door. Each one of them. Disgusting. They aren't even staff at the store and they drive customers away. Teach them to smile and be polite, or don't have security at the door. Every other person working at the mall is polite AND friendly. Starbucks was our worst experience in the mall.
