Really bad coffee

Before being available in SA, we had Starbucks coffee in the Far East and absolutely loved in. We were so happy when the franchise arrived in SA and have been visiting the Starbucks in Clearwater Mall on a regular basis. However, the last couple of times, their cappucino tasted like a cup of lukewarm milk!! Very disappointing. We will definitely not be going back any time soon. Not sure what changed?
