Qualitiy of product

Hi, I have just returned from Starbucks in Rosebank. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming it is a great environment. However, I ordered a ******bread Frappicino and asked for no cream. Surely I should get a discount for no cream as my drink came in a small container and was R45 that is quite pricy for what I'm paying. As well as the drink tasted like a Coffe Freezochino and not ******bread. I then asked one of the staff members to add some more syrup which they kindly did. It then just tasted overpowering and like chemicals it was very unpleasant. Very unpleased with the quality of such a pricy product.
