Poor customer services

<p>Last nite at Starbucks I ordered 4 coffees of which 1 was given away to another customer. I saw the guy doing this an after querying this with him he tells me he called the name. But he didn't. I then asked to see the manager and told him about this and he was not willing to do anything about this. The gentlemen who took my coffee was still in the shop an when I asked the manager to go check his order because he has my coffee the manager didn't. I am completely upset with them because they made me look like a ****. Because of this I am not sure if I will ever go back after being a regular customer. </p>
