Poor customer service & workmanship

For a first time buyer at this establishment that everyone speaks so highly off....I would firstly like to say that it had been a sad bitter experience for me.... Not only did it mess up my day either than that it created a thought in my head is this the type of service we need in such establishments. Right before leaving with my order I noticed a fellow patron having an argument with an employee of Starbucks by placing the order....so upon checking my own order I see that my order has been incorrectly placed....so I question this women and asks her whether my order is correct and she does not tend to look at my slip for one and then gives me something either than what I have ordered experiencing NOTHING LESS THAN *********** STAFF MEMBERS. As a first time customer to the most reputable coffee shop I am displeased by your work ethics and such terrible communication s****s as to a simple order...

I really do hope for a response as I am entirely disgusted with such poor service and a waste of my time and money
