If you've ever been curious to see how standards have dropped, the Menlyn Maine starbucks is a perfect example. Once upon a time you had access to master coffee makers who would brew your coffee whilst taking you on a journey around the coffee world, but now they are a short staffed establishment where you must beg for service and get attacked by other patrons. So thats where my experience starts and ends. Expensive coffees left open, no serviettes anywhere, patrons walking into staff only areas to serve themselves. Its a mess. I loved that establishment.
