manager *****ing phones

Starbucks is pathetic! Since my phone was ****** from the manager at Starbucks Sandton City, I have yet to be contacted!!! I have spoken to someone who said they will get back to me! Its now been a week!!! If I haven't caught the manager out how many peoples phones would have been ******??? But it looks like to me they don't care about their clients!!! I have yet to receive a formal apology!!! This is PATHETIC!!!!!!!
