lack of knowledge!

I would like to express my sincere disappointment with the encounter I had with Starbucks team at Castle gate Waterkloof Pretoria, I bought Colombia Nation coffee whole been and asked them to grind it to use in an American filtered coffee maker and they could not assist me.

I though all Starbucks team are trained and has clientele knowledge to help. D assist clients.
