Icy ***** Starbucks

I ordered coffee(Macchiato) via Uber eats from Starbucks Stellenbosch on 1 September. When I got i it was ice cold, had no foam and didn't look appetizing at all. It was a very cold day and I bought the coffeee because of that very reason. I dont understand why Stacbucks thought they should prepare the Coffee 30 minsbefore delivery time. From the get go Uber eats showed that delivery would be in 30 mins. The Starbucks store was a 2min drive from where I was and I saw on the app when the Uber driver got my order and delivered it to me. In other words the Uber driver collected cold coffee from Starbucks. I immediately tried to contact Uber and Starbucks but Starbucks had no contact number in the web for Stellenbosch and until today they haven't reponded to my messages to them on Facebook. I feel cheated because that coffee has ****** me from R56. I learned that these big companies thinknothing feom your hard earned cash and if this continue they will be like all other over-priced companies that has to close their doors after making a u-turn in South Africa
