I went to Starbucks menlyn main and experienced bad service after waiting for 15min

I went to Starbucks menlyn main and experienced bad service after waiting for 15min. I had to bring to their attention that they forgot one drink I ordered. After receiving it, it wasn't exactly what it was supposed to be. After giving a decent amount tip I receive this service. Very dissatisfied
