I am very dissapointed with the behavior one of your cashiers

I am fuming as I'm writing this message. I was just at your Mall Of Africa branch and I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino from one of the ladies behind the counter then I quickly rushed to the nearest bathroom, only to be back to a vanilla Frappuccino which I did not order. I then said this is wrong I asked for a caramel frappucino and I did not check the receipt she gave me. I am super mad as she insists that is what I ordrred which is not the case, she didnt even take accountability fir her mistale and I had to waste my R67 on something that I wont even consume. Surely you can do better with training your staff. This is very dissapointing and I wont leave it hanging. This is not just about money that I just wasted but more about accountability
