Horrible Iced Cappuccino - Mall of Africa
Hi, i bought an Iced Cappuccino from your mall of africa branch on Saturday, 13 Feb 2021 amongst other items. It was not my first time ordering this beverage and knew what to expect however this time is was extremely horrible. It was some whole ice cubes at the bottom, filled with some cold coffee and lots of cream on top. To mildly put it, it was horrible and reached the trash very quickly. Disappointed in my experience and it has now put us off Starbucks!
