Horrible experiences at Starbucks Forest Hill - Pretoria

I am so frustrated and dissapointed with Starbucks Forest Hill and Starbucks Menlyn Maine, both located in Pretoria. I wanted to buy vouchers and they did not have any in stock, I drove to Menlyn Maine Starbucks where I had to pay for my 5 vouchers individually, they could not make 1 single payment, making me swipe my card 5 times. Today I went back to Starbucks Forest Hill where I wanted to buy a Flat White coffee, they did not have the standard tall cup, and I had to argue and explain why they can still make the same coffee in a vendi cup. They do not have proper training, they do not have stock, and they make life very difficult. At the same Starbucks Forest Hill I wanted to swipe my voucher and the voucher had R100 on it and the total amount due was R102.00. They did not allow me to split the bill paying R100.00 on the voucher and R2.00 in cash, I had to swipe my debit card. I will never return to Starbuck Forest Hill, 3 seperate occations and each time the staff was ***********.
