Disappointed

I usually enjoy getting my drinks at Starbucks Fourways Mall , they are always done to perfection. However, today I was extremely disappointed and disgusted by one of the employees. While I was waiting to collect my drink, I was shocked to witness a staff member spitting into a bin right in front of me. Spitting in a food and beverage environment, and especially in full view of a customer, is unacceptable and unhygienic. I immediately lost my appetite for my drink and, honestly, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this branch again anytime soon.
