Disabled Parking at Starbucks Rosebank

<p>Morning,</p> <p>I visited your Rosebank store on Saturday the 24th. When I arrived outside the store I asked the security guard where the disabled parking for Starbucks was, he looked at me so complexed and asked me what that was, when I explained to him that my sister was disabled and I needed a closer parking for her he asked me how long I was going to be so I told him I couldn't give him a time limit because I wasn't sure how busy the store was and I wasn't sure how long we were going to be. He then told me that cant I see the signs that clearly say no parking? He said he couldn't stop the Metro Police from towing my vehicle because of the signs that said no Parking or Stopping. I then had to park so far away from Starbucks and push my Disabled sister in her wheelchair in the street because Starbucks doesn't have Disabled Parking? On a personal note my sister as a Disabled Person in a wheelchair already feels so conscious and now I had to push her in the street over so many potholes putting her in danger because its a One Way Street, I am disgusted in Starbucks service and I am going to take this further! Surely Starbucks as a company should have thought of this? Or is it again something that just gets looked over because who really cares about disabled people? Does Starbucks expect that one must park in Rosebank Mall and walk all the way to get to Starbucks? Hello Peter and the Newspapers are going to be hearing of my experience!! I am so tired of limiting my sisters experiences just because she's disabled and people and companies don't care!! Please can someone get back to me about this matter!!</p> <p>Jessica Greybe</p>
