Bad service from Starbucks South Africa

Good day

My name is Sean Broodryk.

I have a complaint agains Starbucks South Africa.

I have spend over R 10 000 with you from the day that one of your branches opend in Pretoria Woodlands and that was for close to a year and half

Now I can not use my app for over 3 days. I have money on there and rewards that i want to use and now the app do not work. No messages nor emails that state way the app not working. Just a mail that say update comming.

Now i am going to take this to hello Peter as this is not right at all. And on top of it all no shop accept cash no more.
