Bad customer service

Mall of Africa freshx. The lady who was meant to serve as she was also alone in the store was sitting down on the phone with her face down on the phone even after greeting her she still kept her position sitting down with no sense of urgency to stand up acknowledge me and begin our transaction. I even kept quiet until she stood up and only then I continued to speak because I had no business talking to someone who was pressing her phone and not standing up at the sight of a customer.
