Bad customer service

From the moment I went in store in Starbucks Melrose a lady by the name of Nosipho was not welcoming. She just looked at me and continued with just doing nothing. I had to raise my hand to ask her to come and assist me, she came no greeting nothing , just looked at me so I guessed the look was her waiting for me to say what I wanted. I said I wanted a latte, she didn’t even bother to ask for my name o write on the cup.

I had such a bad experience. Bad service from Nosipho In Melrose
