Bad attitude - Bad for Starbucks Busniess

Bad attitude and service by morning guy. I asked for Hot Chocolate, it was of low temperature with lack of Cocoa taste (even I've asked in advance fo 70% milk only to be added - for strong mix). I asked the guy to heat/steam the cup and his response with sarcastic attitude (this is the Max hot that we can get?) I can give that drink to a six-months baby without fear of being hot? I asked him again to please heat it and add extra Cocoa syrup since it was very weak, he said (weak? no it's not weak?)? This is very frustrating, I always do Woolies's and Vida's for Hot Chocolate and what I usually ask (70% milk, extra hot, strong) are always welcomed by them, except with this gentleman. Lack of attiture and poor customer service.
