Starbreak Windscreen Repairs has no mobile unit

I have a small chip on my windscreen and Momentum requested Starbreak Windscreen Repairs to fix it with a mobile unit. I provided all my info and location to Starbreak and now they require me to drive to them to get it fixed. I just started a new job and I can't take leave. I will rather drive to a Glassfit centre closer to me to get this fixed. How come you ask for a location and then request me to drive to your location?
