TV Repairs **** and Theft ALERT
On Thursday, 05 February 2026, I engaged the services of S Jokweni, operating under the business name Star TV Repairs, whose address and/or contact details are • Address - 14 Delta Rd, Winston Ridge, Johannesburg, 2196 • Phone number - *** • Email address - *** • Website address - https://startvrepair.co.za for the purpose of repairing my television. On Thursday, 05 February 2026, the above-mentioned repair agent claimed to have repaired the television at my premises. 2 Days later on Saturday, 7 February 2026 collected the television from my residence for further repair. The repair agent represented that the television would be repaired and returned within 1 day. 5. Failure to Return Property Despite repeated attempts to contact the repair agent via, text messages, the television has not been repaired or returned to me. The repair agent has failed and/or refused to provide a reasonable explanation or return my property. 6. Payment made I paid the sum of R2500.00 (Two Thousand, Five Hundred Rand) on Thursday 05 February 2026 and R700 (Seven Hundred Rand) on Sunday 8 February 2026 (Bank Details – ABSA BANK, Account number ***, Account holder S Jokweni) as a repair fees. Despite receiving payment, the repair agent has not fulfilled the agreed service and has not refunded my money. 7. Belief of *****ulent Intent Based on the above facts, I believe that the repair agent has intentionally and *****ulently deprived me of my property and/or funds, constituting *****, theft, and/or obtaining property under false pretences. Look out for Jayilosi TV (Known associate ***)
