Stale cake

I am utterly disappointed at the service star supersave professionalism, yesterday I bought a cake that was moldy, the labeling stated that the cake was baked on the 14th yet to expire on the 18th of January 2026, this cake had nuts and granadila was even orange nit yellow in color due to the mold , it was very stale, I tried sending emails to the stor but I didn't even get a reply from the store.

This is extremely horrible because I bought this cake for kids and it is also very dangerous. I am very aggravated.
