Star Schools doesn't know what they doing.
I app**** with Stars School last year and we wrote in November because of covid, mathematics. But until this day I haven't recieved my results. I've went to their offices numerous times with no assistance. Their administration is a disaster and the manager doesn't seem to know his job. He has given me an email address to follow up and it's been two months with no assistance from that email address. I feel like I just wasted my money and it went down the drain.

As you know Star Schools facilitates the final examinations, but all results are handled by the Department of Basic Education. Star Schools does not print out statement of results.
We report all queries to the District office and it is than escalated to Head Office.
Please call our office and speak directly to our campus manager who will assist you with this matter.

28 Nov 2021, 23:20I have escalated this matter to campus manager who hasn't assisted until date. Statements can be printed at Sep of education but star school still owes me my results since I registered and paid them without any hesitation from my side.
