Star school drag over refund

I registered my daughter for matric rewrite at Star Schools with great difficulty as there are no online applications forms. Had to make a couple of trips to the school as the consultants are not able to adequately deal with telephonic queries and the website did not have all the necessary info. On registration I was required to pay a deposit. This was done. The I cancelled the registration and app**** for a refund. This too was a painful process, consultant were not aware what was required, couldn't respond to telephonic queries and couldn't email refund form and details of supporting documents required. I had to physically go in only to discover there were edition all forms required. The form was emailed to me after a brief argument which I completed and sent off with supporting documents. Despite numerous reminders I have not heard from the school since then. The consultants are not even aware of the law applicable to data collection and could respond to my query. Even my email request has been unanswered
