Pillar to post to get results, do not fulfill their obligations- Braamfontein

My younger brother upgraded with StarSchool in 2021 and after receiving results he app**** for the remark of subjects. To date we have not received the results, we always sent from pillar to post. Last physical contact, Steven and Francina promised to get the results from the Department of Education as the statements they collected did not have my younger brother's results but nothing has been fruitful and it is now May 2022. They are paid fully but fail to fulfill their obligations.
