unathorized painting/advertising at the wall

The guys form star sat came at my aunt's place(protea south in Soweto) and painted the wall without my aunt's permission, we have tenants that are running a ****a shop, they left their details and when we called the guy to ask why he painted the wall without permission he said he spoke to the guys at the ****a and gave him permission we told that those guys are tenants not the owner the guys didn't seem to care he was full of attitude and told us to repaint the wall his not interested. The guy's name is Hilton his contact number is ********** 3453. We want the guy to come and apologize and remove the painting on the wall as soon as possible before we take legal action.
