Star Sat Installer Service

I purchased a decoder from Game and was instrtucted to contact Star Sat for the installation.

I have been given installers numbers from yesterday but none of them answer their phones, i call Star Sat back and they keeping telling me that they get me an installer.

This is poor customer service, there needs to be a better quality assurance on the suppliers/installers you use as an organisation.
