Poor service

<p>I purchased star sat decoder and dish from O.K Furniture in December 2016. Waisted between R700 and R 900 phoning Star Sat call center and installers,had couple ***** characters showing up demanding additional payments for Star Sat apparently doesn't pay them accordingly. I started sending emails as none of there installers wanted to install dish they don't even know which way dish must face eventually I found installer that came and helped me.after numerous phone calls and emty promises they Star Sat wants to justify my loss of Almost R900 with a credit note of R99 hahahahaha what a joke wake up and smell the coffee incompetence and poor service delivery will cause star sat to loose majority of there clients and even future clients</p>
