Pathetic service that was uncalled for

<p>I recently visited a Star Sat branch at TRADE ROUTE LENASIA and was utterly disgusted with the service is received from a employee behind the customer service desk. I was standing at the customer service desk and was greated by a gentleman by the desk and waited for a few minutes because he was busy in the computer .I was then waiting for about 10 minutes while he was still busy the computer and then on his phone .I waited more thinking he was doin work regarding star sat this was about 15 minutes later .After being on his phone he got up for the desk and left the shop like nothing happend not saying a word just blately walked out .Being furious at what I've witness i walked behind into the office and asked what was going on and why I'm I not being helped and after that was seen to </p> <p> </p> <p>This is unexpectable and uncalled for how can you just leave your customer that's right in front if you and leave without any reason I mean what customer service does it set for star sat because now ii have a really biter taste for star sat and will not recommended it too anyone because of what just happen and ii demand an answer from the manager of star regardingthis issues because it's honesty unexpectable </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
