Pathetic Service

<p>Over the past weeks your sevice has been deteriorating at incredible speed with picture and speech freezing more and more often. Spoke to your call centre last week, most apologetic, they say they are aware of the problem and "trying" to fix it. Bottom line can you or are you going to give the service & channels we pay for - or not. </p>
