Pathetic service!!!!

This company is a waste of time firstly they advertised that they will broadcast the world Cup 2018 and they **** saying that they don't have broadcasting rights and I must watch sabc..... Then they don't even broadcast sabc anymore I tried to call them and I can't get trough clearly meaning that I am not the only consumer experiencing this utterly disgusting service..... Eventually I get trough and was on hold for over 10min!!.... Absolutely disappointed
