Old Top TV Decoder(black one) POOR SERVICE

<p>My mother has been struggling to pay her top tv. She went to different outlets but she could not be assisted. </p> <p>Then she decided to call the call centre to find out what is her customer number so that she can pay. She struggled to go through,the contact centre is 083 number... She was told she need to go buy a new white decoder because the black one she has is no longer working even if she can pay it. She was told that there was a time for exchanging the old decoders but they are closed. </p> <p>My questionis that why should One buy another decoder while she bought the existing one and paid for installation as well. </p> <p>Why can't the old decoder be changed without any terms. After all its not the customers fault that the old toptv decoder is not working anymore. </p> <p>Whoa I haven't seen such a poor service. Now u see why mis that people move to Dstv</p>
