No value for money

<p>Is Star Sat in financial difficulties? Channels we enjoy watching are been taken away from us. Channels Fox Crime and FX 3 discontinued with 7 days notice to us, the subscribers and replaced by a channel I do not find appealing. If I were to request a cancellation on my subscription, Star Sat insists that a 30 day notice period is required, however the same is not afforded to us when they decide to discontinue channels. Furthermore, channels are discontinued and we still pay the same subscription. There is currently nothing worth watching on the Star Sat package. Channel 550 and 551 (Bollywood) used to be a favourite, however, 550 in original language and 551 shows the same movie poorly dubbed in English. Currently, we cannot even choose channel 550. Please let me know if there are plans in place to offer us, your customers, up to date programs and if there are plans in place to introduce more movie channels. If unable to commit to same, you have lost another subscriber and note that I will not be giving you a 30 day notice but request a 7 day notice period as inspired by yourselves.
