Given the RUn around to activate Decorder

<p>I have been a loyal subscripber with TOp tv for the past 5 years, yet I am deciding IF I should still be a subscriber, My prblem started last week when I was disconnected incorrectly & to date my decorder has not been active, I get shunted from pillar to post & promised that i will be switched only to be told I am not subscribed & have to give my long story to the call centre agent every time, they give excuses that its their IT dept & have technical faults, yet nobody knows how to fix my problem</p>
