Incomplete Repair Job

Star Panelbeaters took 4 months to complete repairs on my vehicle and after 4 months of very poor communication (it wasl always up to me to inquire what the progress was), I got my car back with a flat battery and the windscreen wiper pump wasn't working. They said this was not part of their scope and it was an auto-electrical issue, but everything was working before the accident. They never informed me when I went to fetch the car that they needed to jumpstart the car to give it back to me, and although they told us about the pump, they made it seem as though they had completed their job, but it wasn't the case. I had already paid the excess and they wanted me to bring the car back to Knysna, which is about 20km away, but I refused because it took so long to get the car back in the first place, and they were not willing to commit to a date for the repair of the pump.
