Unprofessional

About a year ago our dishwasher had a breakdown. Via our insurance we had to use Delta to repair this, after repairing a minor cost seal they informed us in a scream session that we need to pay the full amount cash. Upon enquiry I was informed that insurance doesn't pay her in time and I need to fit the bill. Obviously I didn't agree to this after consulting with insurance and the female owner delivered the repaired machine. Unfortunately this year we had another problem with it, this machine is only 3yrs old and apparently the spare part that is a problem this time is discontinued (I will confirm this with Kelvinator myself). She was calm and kind up to the point whereby I confirmed that I would like to machine to be returned even if not repaired since they wanted to keep it. I enquired what the fee is for that I need to pay now cash to them once again and it turned into another scream session. Owner not answering her phone now that I want to confirm the part that can't be replaced.
