***** cleaner and Manager at star dam lodges!!!

I am shocked and disappointed by the appalling service received from Star dam lodges, we recently booked the lodge for a weekend with a group of friends and made sure to leave everything in tact, The cleaning lady had **** and told her bosses we broke glasses and plates and a whisk the list is endless . The same lady would not even come to greet us . When we asked for footage of us breaking the the said items as there was supposedly cameras in the kitchen are this was not sent to us. We were ****** of the breakage fee we paid and when question this have been met with lies and rudely conveyed excused from the manager of Inkanyezi Lodge. The service is appalling and ******** and its a shame that the place is gorgeous because we will not be returning there ever again ban d will spread the word of their poor service far and wide.
