The school treats teachers unfairly. 8 female teachers with outstanding performance did not have their contracts not renewed, with no reason given. They were simply told they didn't have to be given a reason. They were then subsequently not given their bonuses for December, whereas the teachers who were staying received theirs. Input from females is dismissed. If the teacher disagrees with the principle, he treats them unfairly in the future, that was the case with all 8 teachers. UIF documents were withheld from the pregnant teachers, whos contracts weren't renewed, out of spite. Very limited facilities for children inside the classrooms and outside.
